OVERVIEW
Denver Art Museum (DAM) is a top-tier museum in Denver, Colorado. In order to promote DAMs inclusive culture, a brand makeover was long overdue. The goal: create a visual language emphasizing how the museum enriches and unifies the quirky art community. Prior to DAMs rebranding, the logo was black and green with a sans serif font, not ideal to showcase the museums’ wide audience. They are looking to appeal to the whole range with a personal touch.

INSPIRATION
The interaction between a person and an artwork is what makes a painting worthy of being called art. YOU give it attention. YOU give the painting significance. YOU are part of the art!

SOLUTION
To tie it back to its roots, incorporate a variety of weights to & adding a full-color spectrum illustrate the diverse community. To bring the frame into focus I made two versions of signage based off the design elements.
